By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms stated below.


1. Nature of Services

Urban Fix Care provides professional service-based solutions and does not sell physical products through its website. Therefore, traditional product returns are generally not applicable.

Our refund policy applies only to service bookings and payments made for our services.


2. Cancellation Before Service

Customers may request cancellation of a booked service before work has commenced.

  • Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Any advance amount paid may be adjusted against administrative, inspection, travel, or scheduling costs, if applicable.
  • Refund approval remains at the sole discretion of Urban Fix Care.

3. Cancellation After Service Commencement

Once a service has started, no refund will be provided for:

  • Completed work
  • Partially completed work
  • Services interrupted due to customer instructions
  • Services stopped because of site-related issues beyond our control

Any work already performed will be chargeable.


4. Service Quality Concerns

If a customer is dissatisfied with the service provided, they must notify Urban Fix Care within 24 hours of service completion.

Upon receiving a complaint:

  • Our team may inspect the issue.
  • A re-service, touch-up, or corrective visit may be offered where deemed appropriate.
  • Refunds will not be automatically granted for dissatisfaction claims without verification.

Our primary approach is to resolve concerns through corrective action whenever possible.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after service completion.
  • Customer unavailable during scheduled service.
  • Lack of access to the property.
  • Unavailability of water or electricity required for service.
  • Existing damage, stains, or defects that cannot be removed or repaired.
  • Customer-provided incorrect information.
  • Delays caused by weather, building restrictions, security approvals, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Services completed as agreed upon at the time of booking.

6. Pest Control Services

Results from pest control services may vary depending on:

  • Severity of infestation
  • Environmental conditions
  • Hygiene practices
  • Building structure

As pest control outcomes can require time and follow-up treatments, refunds are generally not provided once treatment has been completed.


7. Waterproofing, Polishing & Repair Services

Certain services such as:

  • Waterproofing
  • Marble Polishing
  • Diamond Polishing
  • Wooden Floor Polishing
  • Plaster Works
  • False Ceiling & P.O.P Works
  • Tiles Fitting Works

may involve site-specific conditions and workmanship factors.

Refunds are generally not available after completion of such work. Any applicable service warranty will be governed by the separate warranty terms provided at the time of service.


8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on banking and payment service providers.
  • Urban Fix Care is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

9. Modification of Policy

Urban Fix Care reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately.
