All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and confirmation by our team.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Service bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, website inquiry form, or email.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
- Customers must provide accurate contact information and service requirements during booking.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Service charges are based on property size, scope of work, location, and specific requirements.
- Prices may vary after physical site inspection if additional work is identified.
- Advance payment may be required before service commencement.
- Full payment must be completed immediately upon successful completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Urban Fix Care reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling requests.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or technical issues, we may reschedule services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing access to the service location at the scheduled time.
- Informing our team about any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before work begins.
- Ensuring water and electricity availability whenever required for service execution.
- Securing cash, jewelry, important documents, and other valuables before the service starts.
6. Service Limitations
While we strive to deliver the highest quality results:
- Complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed due to the age, condition, or material of the surface.
- Some damage caused by prior wear, poor maintenance, manufacturing defects, or environmental factors may not be reversible.
- Service outcomes may vary depending on site conditions and material quality.
7. Pest Control Services
- Pest control effectiveness may vary depending on infestation levels and environmental conditions.
- Follow-up treatments may be recommended in severe cases.
- Customers must follow all safety instructions provided after treatment.
8. Waterproofing & Repair Services
- Warranty, if applicable, will be specified separately in the quotation or invoice.
- Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by structural defects, natural disasters, unauthorized alterations, or misuse.
9. Liability
- Urban Fix Care shall not be liable for pre-existing damages, hidden defects, structural issues, or deterioration discovered during service.
- Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service provided.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10. Health & Safety
- Our staff follows professional safety practices during service delivery.
- Customers are requested to keep children, elderly individuals, and pets away from active work areas for safety purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
